Only to respond to your enquiry, to progress the commercial discussion you initiated, and to carry out counterparty screening, including sanctions and export-control checks where a transaction involves controlled goods.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. To progress an enquiry, information may be shared with data centre operators, end clients, suppliers or professional advisers involved in the specific transaction, and with regulators where required by applicable law.

Where it is held

Intake submissions are received via our forms and email and held on systems operated by our service providers, some located outside your country of residence.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary for the purpose collected, and thereafter as required by applicable record-keeping, tax and export-control obligations.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
