You have the capacity. We bring the right demand.
Filling a hall is hard when half the enquiries are unqualified, unfunded, or don't understand what your facility can carry. DCPI brings you end clients who are screened, ready and density-literate, and protects your position with non-circumvention on every deal.
Demand worth your leasing team's time.
Pre-qualified end clients
We screen for funding, technical fit and readiness before we ever bring an opportunity to you.
Density-literate tenants
Clients who understand air vs liquid, kW per rack and what they're actually asking your facility to do.
Protected, fast deals
New allocation and replacement space marketed quickly, with non-circumvention on each opportunity.
We don't ask for your pricing here
This form is high-level and pre-NDA on purpose. Your rates, cost basis and commercial terms are exchanged later, in confidence, never on a public page.
Capacity intake form
Takes about 4 minutes · goes to our review queue, not a public list.
For operators, answered.
What happens to the profile I submit?
It lands in DCPI's intake queue, a review stage, not our live deal book. We read it, sanity-check it, and follow up. Nothing you submit is auto-published or auto-matched; a person reviews every submission.
Why don't you ask for our pricing here?
Deliberately. This form is high-level and pre-NDA. Your cost basis, rates and commercial terms are exactly the things that should only be exchanged under a mutual NDA, so we don't collect them on a public form. We ask for them later, in confidence.
What do you do with the capacity details?
They let us match your facility to real demand: total and available MW, density, cooling, tier, redundancy, connectivity, certifications and any pre-booked expansion. The more complete, the faster we can bring you a qualified client.
Do you need exclusivity?
No. We work alongside your existing channels; non-circumvention protects each specific opportunity we bring, not your whole facility.
Two questions decide everything: what do you have, or what do you need?
Data centres: tell us your available capacity and we place qualified, funded demand into it. End clients: tell us the load, the density and the date, and we come back with facilities that can actually carry it. Under NDA from first contact.
