Tell us the load. We find where it can run.
A large GPU deployment isn't a requirement most facilities can answer honestly. DCPI filters for the ones that can genuinely take your density, on your date, at a rate that keeps the economics intact, and sources the servers too, if you need them.
The technical shape is enough to start.
Load & density
MW and kW/rack, air or liquid. If you're unsure whether it's IT load or total power, say so.
Market & date
USA or Canada, and when the first rack has to be earning.
Requirements
Tier, redundancy, connectivity, compliance, green power, whatever is non-negotiable.
Hardware?
Own it, or need it sourced? Both fine. Target price optional.
Requirement intake form
Takes about 4 minutes · goes to our review queue, not a public list.
For end clients, answered.
What happens after I submit?
Your requirement enters DCPI's review queue, a person reads it, not an algorithm. We come back with facilities that can genuinely carry your load, or with clarifying questions. Nothing is auto-matched or published.
Do I have to share a target price?
No. Target price is optional here on purpose. Many clients prefer to hold their budget ceiling until an NDA is in place, and that's exactly the right instinct. Give us the technical requirement and we'll open the conversation.
Do I have to buy servers from you?
No. Server sourcing is optional. Plenty of our placement work is pure capacity for clients who already own their hardware.
Is my load figure IT load or total facility power?
Tell us if you know; say 'not sure' if you don't. Establishing that is part of what we do, it's the single most common way a colocation budget blows up, and we force it into the open before anyone quotes.
Two questions decide everything: what do you have, or what do you need?
Data centres: tell us your available capacity and we place qualified, funded demand into it. End clients: tell us the load, the density and the date, and we come back with facilities that can actually carry it. Under NDA from first contact.
