Michael Yurkowsky

Michael Yurkowsky has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, initially as a broker with several national broker-dealers, and as an investment banker, and from 2003 to 2009 he operated his own hedge fund. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Innoveren Scientific, a medical biosciences company focused in the field of regenerative medicine, and Deverra Therapeutics, a clinical stage oncology company. Through his family office, YP Holdings, Michael has invested in over 100 public and private companies in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors. Throughout his career, Michael has served on multiple public and private boards and has been involved in several M&A transactions.

Bill Corbett is a financial services veteran with over 30 years of experience navigating capital markets and championing innovative technology companies. As the former CEO of a boutique San Francisco investment bank, he was a pioneer creating the first PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equities) investment platform for West Coast tech companies. William has cultivated invaluable relationships with top corporate executives and private equity firms globally. Today, he leverages this extensive network to align public and private entities in the technology and energy sectors with global partners seeking world-class computing capacity. Outside of his professional achievements, which include a 2010 induction into his college Hall of Fame, William is dedicated to his large family and is an avid golfer.
